For over 35 years, Cory has worked passionately to create beautiful, functional, quality, handmade goods.Cory is glad to form beautiful, functional, quality, handmade pottery pieces to be enjoyed by her customers.
"I began a nursing career in my early twenties and worked at North York General Hospital in Toronto. While nursing I began to study Visual Arts. I studied Visual Arts at Seneca College and on graduation started my own pottering Norval, Ontario. I supplied pottery to boutiques across Ontario.

My husband Les and I decided to close the pottery to start a family. We raised five children. I worked as a community nurse during their teenage years in the Cambridge area. Les bought the Hwy 17 property after coming to holiday in Algoma Mills .

We have fulfilled our dream of operating a pottery again, and live in Algoma Mills. We enjoy the atmosphere of the area and boating is one of our leisure activities. Our children enjoy coming to relax and take in the local flavours away from the city."

Cory's pottery skills have not gone unnoticed. Her pottery works are used by such restaurants as Langdon Hall in Cambridge, Ontario.

Langdon Hall was one of only two restaurants in Canada to make the
San Pellegrino World's 100 Best Restaurants in 2010. Here are some of her pieces, used for a breakfast buffet, in the Wolf Grey glaze.
